you literally mention nothing about diagnoses where it's beneficial for people to add or reduce salt from their diet, or that perfectly healthy people can have differences in how much salt they should be consuming. this is far too broad of a statement.

If you’re getting your minerals from salt then you have a bigger problem. Table salt is fine. You shouldn’t consume more than a teaspoon of salt a day.
