how to overclock your cpu and ram

In this video, i will show you how to overclock your cpu and ram from your bios setting. im using asrock b450m hdv r4.0 to overclock my ryzen 3 2200g to 3.9 ghz clock speed.

So, on my ASRock A520M-HVS it says that my 2 ram slots have a base of 2400mhz and the max is 3200mhz on the sticker on my ram, but when i check the XMP it's already on and set to that 3200mhz even though on windows it's still at 2400mhz, i don't know if that means something or not i need help

Edit: the issue was my motherboard BIOS being out of date, i updated it about a month ago and now it works just fine, note to self for if you're stuck like i was, Always check any possible outliers

I changed voltage to 1.25 and it doesn't stick in Windows it shows 1.4 v

My motherboard is asrock b550 pro4 my vcore is 1.1 in bios but it's actually 2.2 volt, my cpu temp when its ideal 55 - 60c
