The Esoteric Secrets of Plato’s Cave & the Truth Beyond the Simulation

Plato's Allegory of the Cave is a powerful tale. Not only is it one of the oldest versions of what, today, we'd call the "matrix" or "simulation" scenario, it's the most practical, prescient, and esoteric. In fact, Plato's cave and the Republic at-large contain occulted layers of meaning that scholars are still discovering and debating about to this day.
In this transmission, we'll summarize the tale and do a deep dive into its more esoteric, often missed layers of wisdom.

When I was young they said of me, "you think too much" and "you're so naive" and since finding THIRD EYE DROPS it feels like coming home to these thoughts and studies and we are living in times I can only hope to prove my life was a true witness to the mantra I used to say under breath " Some people think I think too much, sometimes I think they Think Not. May grace heal us all into wholeness. It's all I ever hoped to wrought."

I remember my dad looking in the mirror and saying, that's not me, life is like a dream. We change every minute, every day, every year.
How right he is and was.

I have forgotten the original author of this quote, but it holds so much value for me: " We all know the same truths but our lives depict how we choose to distort them". Excellent video, I'm glad you popped up in my feed.

It's a shame your videos don't get more views. I find them incredibly well made, very well constructed, and very informative. Love your channel!

Edit: HOLY COW!! SO.MANY.VIEWS!! Very happy to be eating my words, holy moly!!!

Watching this on youtube feels a bit like the man who escaped the cave and saw truth came back into the cave and is making shadows trying explain that I'm stuck in a cave. Great video 🔥

I was riding my bike to work while listening to this. I became very aware of how all of the cars around me, the people driving them, the obstacles in my way are all manifestations of my mind or soul, outer projections of my inner self. Things that kept trying to distract me from truly listening to this video and maybe raising my psyche.

I wish I'd had this video to refer to in college when I was introduced to Plato's Cave. Being a "knowesis" is very much like being a novice. And when you are new to knowing it knocks you off your feet just as described. You want to go back. You want to not know, but you want others to know, both at the same time. You can't not know though! You will see it in everything. You will see everything.

Beautifully expressed insights my friend! It has always struck me how the freed man is overwhelmed once he is confronted with the truth, and wants to run back to his familiar life knowing it is an illusion.

Also, there is that interesting dynamic when one feels the responsibility to help others once one has learned a truth, while knowing that they will not accept it outright. You expressed this so well!

Since I’ve been a kid I had the feeling that everything is magical and not very solid. Growing up I forgot those moments of wonder.

Exquisite video. No fat, not too much sugar, well edited and brilliant well thought out. Content coming from someone who clearly cares for their audience. Your honesty comes through clearly. Thank you for the mountain of material you waded through to bring this work, most could not imagine how much heavy reading and time you put in to get this much into one video. Thank you

The cave story is basically the story of my life the last 10 years…. Trying to get others to see that either can’t see, or don’t want to see. I have converted a few souls to “waking up”, but I’d say 70% at the very least still think I’m insane. It’s so wild to think about.

In school we had a very good class teacher, Mr Gillard, who used to often warn me " there's a very thin line between a genius & a madman"

I remember when I first learned about fractals and Fibonacci spirals. For months afterward, there was a layer of augmented reality over everything. All I could see was spirals and fractals.

I have asked myself many times what the meaning of life is. For many years now the answer has been “goodness”, to be good. I project myself to my deathbed when my life will flash before my eyes, what mattered? That I lived my life truthfully and was good, is all that mattered. Everything flows from those two choices. And it is a choice at first, then increasingly, it is just you. To do what is right, even if it’s hard, even if it costs you.
