I agree man the first thing is that waist to shoulder ratio...my boy A-Train already has that A+ Vaper! 😜 I've learned and found with myself too that leaning back doesn't have a terrible effect and that I am able to get a really good contraction without losing the goal of the movement, I have to use that piece more for when I do back! I need to do all of these, I do side laterals but the others I don't do nearly as much especially with the equipment you used. Great video bro!

That single arm raise or fly i do in the gym and ppl are always making fun of me. I know u have to be parallel to the ground but yet ppl always laugh. But my Vtaper is coming out.

Hey, when I perform back exercises like the seated cable row, I feel my traps taking over and my neck begins to cause me pain. Any ideas on how to avoid this? I often struggle with progress as I get injured.
