So many people think lat pulldowns and pull-ups are the same. They are not, pull-ups are so much better since they also engage the mid back, and overall better back engagement. Good to see pull-ups first on this list

Hey Tom, you have really inspired me to build muscle/ bulk up and I just want to ask, I'm under age to go to the gym and I excersise at home with a pair of dumbbells and a sofa lol can u please give me some excersises for each muscle group with just dumbells and a sofa/chair

And I try to have my daily protein goals but I am a very picky eater aswell, I have watched ur how to be aesthetic/ how to lean bulk videos and I am wondering do u have any tips for me I also play football on Saturdays and Sundays and I have PE on Thursdays thanks tom hope u can help me. 👍🏼

I’ve been going to gym for 2 years now and I haven’t seen any progress for the past 4 months . I am stuck on 70 kg bench for 5 reps, weighted pull-ups 25 kg for 4, squats 105 kg for 3 rep . Dips 30 kg for 7 . Some of my friends who joined gym 8 months before have surpassed me in bench and squat strength. As everyday pass by I see my friends hit pr week to week, day by day I am getting demotivated to go to gym . I don’t know what to do maybe I am just weak I guess .
