It isn't polite to be rude. He is trying to help with the Mac. You don't have to ridicule him because of his dental issues. We don't know
Why and it isn't our business

I have heard people saying Mac OS is better than windows
and others saying windows is better than Mac

but no one explained me how they handle the given work and what are basic things to be done to get the job done in either of the platform's

THANK-YOU SIR

few additional nice shortcuts:
CMD+DownArrow opens file/folder (equals to Enter on Windows)
CMD+UpArrow goes folder up (equals to LeftAlt+UpArrow on Windows)
you can define custom shortcut to switch between program windows (CMD+Tab switches different apps, but you can define for ex. CMD+< to switch between windows of one app)
you can also define custom shortcut to launch Launchpad (equals to Win key to toggle Start menu)
also CMD+K in Finder opens "connect to server" and Shift+CMD+G opens "go to folder" (this both equals to Win+R in Windows, where you can type directory paths too)

I started a new job where I have to use a Mac for work. This video was really helpful in getting me to grips with the basics. I still struggle with the Mac keyboard though (it simply doesn't have the depth of a good ThinkPad).

Windows started giving me trouble after 3 years... I tried to live with it as I was still a student. But I save up and got a MacBook air. As I go on field trip and do high end research work I needed a good laptop. Glad I took it. Thanks for the video

I just purchased my very first Mac computer (2019 BMP 13"), and have since been searching for videos such as yours. You were both extremely helpful and entertaining. Thank you :D

i came from many years of using Windows desktop and servers, i enjoy Mac a lot in many ways
Mac does not share DLL system files so un-installing app does not cause other apps to crash.
Mac doesn't need to defrag
Mac makes it easy to read text, nice and dark
You can move and rename any video or audio file as they are running.
Mac screens colors are well calibrated.
Mac handle large video files with ease.

for me Mac is a well built of a Linux system
you can start, restart services without having reboot by using command line in terminal.

Windows often secretly installed a upgrade version, example from Windows 7 to 10 and also use it to upload to other workstation, we learn this after tracking it's behavior through monitoring at switches and routers level also at the ISP level.
many spyware and malware will crawl into your Windows if you leave it on 24/7.
memory leaks on leaving apps open in Windows like browsers
Gaming on PC is much more flexible choosing better hardware like GPU, CPU, PSU etc

Memory management is awesome on Mac OSX

This points are based on my opinion on using both platforms
