Wow! I wish I’d found this two years ago as it’s so concise. I’ve listened to many that have waffled round the houses and it’s taken me a while to cotton on to what they’re trying to say. Not so with this explanation! Many thanks for explaining this in such a clear and logical way. 😀

It starts with Self-Awareness..And Ends with Self-Awareness. In Life too..as well as our pain. I have found this is Key for me. I have made such Bad habits that this is going to take Concerted effort to Change me. Meditation..every morning has been So Helpful! And reminders through out the day.

Subscribed. Your voice is so calming. Really needed that. Working on self awareness and struggling with the well why isn't pain gone yet? Yep. Then I say go back to work and write.

Are you using the mind & the brain interchangeably? I think of them as 2 different things...thank you!
