Two very different trucks. Both very much capable of fulfilling a majority of any buyer's wildest wishes. Which is best for you? Watch and decide for yourself between the Honda Ridgeline vs Toyota Tacoma.

The Honda Ridgeline is a mid-size luxury pickup that has received a fresh redesign for 2017. Leather upholstery on the interior with soft-touch materials and an extremely smooth and quiet ride make this truck as comfortable as an SUV. The Ridgeline comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that has an output of 280-horsepower and 262-lbft of torque and all-wheel drive as standard.

The Toyota Tacoma is all about business without sacrificing any of the comfort. Choose between a cloth or textured leather interior, and enjoy easy-to-use controls and safety technology either way. You also have the option of either a 2.7-liter 4-cylinder engine or a 3.5-liter V6 engine that puts out 278-horsepower.

Tacoma is better at off-road, Ridgeline is better on-road. Tacoma was #1 for 2018 cars & trucks resale value, Ridgeline was #6.
I wanted the better interior and ride, bought a 2019 RTL-E loaded Ridgeline for $38, 300. Both are a good.

This is not vs competition. You only talk about feature and benefits.

While the Honda 26mpg figure is accurate, there isn't a Tacoma V6 on the planet that gets 24mpg. I average 16 with mine. Best I've ever gotten while absolutely babying it as much as possible w/max speed of maybe 45, was 21mpg.
