Take cotton balls roll them in Vaseline and put them in a ziplock bag works real good or a plastic chew tin.

I don't have, matches, a lighter, a flint and striker, but I have these two boards and some cotton balls w me.

You started by unrolling the Cotten balls and added some fire place ash sprinkled all the Cotten the rolled it all up like a stogie . And take another board place onto board with Cotten and ash rolled up then smoosh the boards together and move them boards back n forth really fast creating friction, that will spark up your cotten and ash roll up so you can set your wood to fire.
