Abandoning your shopping cart is also a great way to make sure you really want the item. I’ll leave my cart for several days and when I’m ready to check out, I’ve often realized I don’t really want something I added to my cart. That item gets removed and then I’m not impulse shopping.

Kids grow out of clothes so fast. Frequent your local thrift stores. When my kids were little, I'd do a Summer clothes shopping trip and a Winter one. Spent about $100 for all three kids per trip. Sometimes there would be brand new items, and a lot of the clothes are higher end brands you may not have been able to afford anyway. Consignment shops are nice too.

I've been using Fragrancenet for years and have had great service from them. By the way, you'll see underneath the price you showed for the Gucci Flora the price for a tester. These are a great way to decrease the price of the item if you do not need to have the box and bottle top as you might for a gift or for display. I have several of these, most recently a couple of Guerlains that I wanted for reference before buying the full-size "bee" bottle. It is the same juice as the scent it is a tester for, but it arrives in a brown cardboard box rather than the usual marketing box and perhaps without a cap, only with a sprayer. These are actually meant to be used at perfume counters, so they are the real item without the countertop display extras. I've saved quite a bit this way...which can go to more perfume, of course!

FYI, Target changed Cartwheel awhile back. It's now called Target Circle and it's integrated into their regular app (no extra app needed). They also made a change where along with the usual coupons/discount offers, you now earn cash back on every purchase either in-store or online that can be used toward a future purchase. You can let it build up for as long as you want (I got a bookcase for free earlier this year using my rewards balance toward it). They also send you an extra 10% off discount for your birthday and other bonus discount coupons throughout the year.

These are such fantastic suggestions! I always bought my kids clothing "off season." I loved shopping the sales racks at Nordstroms😊 Now I have four grandchildren and a fifth due late this month. I will put everything I want to buy in my cart and leave it there, adding to it etc. So I know what you mean about getting emails with extra money off. I do a few of these myself, like buying stuff off season, after the season many a times.

There is one more thing. I do it because of religious and cultutal reasons, but if you can do it, youll save a lot of money too. Its kinda gross sounding, but bear with me. And thats on toilet paper. That thing can be so expensive. Get a small showerhead installed near your toilet seat. Use that to wash yourself and use the paper to wipe the water clean. Wayyy less usage of paper, healthier for the body too because water cleans a lot better, and youre actually saving a thousands of litres water too that goes into making toilet paper rolls. There are videos on how to install and use. But if you want to save on toilet paper, or there is an emergency like the lockdowns or hurricanes, you wont have to worry.

Can confirm the Sunday’s for plane tickets, but at least in Europe, there’a also an optimal time period which is around the 9th to the 20th of the month.

This saving tip that has been working well for me this pandemic. I do not download e-commerce platform apps and I only ask my sisters to purchase on my behalf since they already have their respective accounts. In this way, I can resist temptation in adding items to cart and at the same time, I'll feel somewhat ashamed if I keeping asking my sisters to place a lot of orders for me. It has also helped that I already got past my hoarding tendencies.

Gucci Bamboo sounds amazing! I love Lily, ylang ylang and sandalwood. I'll have to smell it as soon as I see it in a store. Gucci everything seems tacky looking to me but the perfumes look classy and beautiful.
