As a fan of the show... I’m upset that she left the show, her character was kinda the glue from being voights “daughter” jay and erins partnership and relationship and her being the badass girl in a group of big dudes.
But as a fan of Sophia... I couldn’t be more proud of her for getting out! She took too much shit on OTH and then got on another show with crap like that and wasn’t gonna take it! So proud she stood up for herself

Actors are trained to deflect. Andy clearly wanted specific answers and she wasn’t comfortable answering so she did her best. From what I heard she left due to harassment on set, which she had experienced before on a previous set. She said the cast is like family so clearly it wasn’t them. The higher ups is my guess and as actors (and men stepping up to other men) they probably weren’t to eager to defend one of the only women on set. Idk. That’s what I heard. But let’s not bash her for not being ready to tell her truth.

We all think we know what happened and who was the problem, but she has too much class to say it. I have endless respect for Sophia and admire her for doing what she had to do.

With all due to respect to Sophia, there’s no reason to have her character come back on. There’s zero reason for a “Lindsey returns!” thread plot. Even bringing back Sean Roman as a character was pretty weak and I called what was going to happen with that. I should have bet someone on it.

Lindsay was a great character. Sophia had a reason to leave and did it with a lot of dignity when she could have easily made a shitstorm out of it. She probably has a good friendship or two or few with crew/cast. That’s that.

But this was the biggest non answer I’ve heard from her about it. I doubt anyone that’s on the show now would hold it against her for speaking openly and honestly about what happened regardless if it would leave jobs at risk.

In my country all the seasons go by in disarray and now she is simply not in the series anymore and Jay seems to have a love affair with Hailey.

Let's be honest: she is being missed by male viewers largely because she is a pretty face who used to wear the tightest clothing available and less for her acting skills. The show itself is not intended to deal with anything else other than with a rough street life, therefore no stage actors needed. Other than that, she gave it her best shot and seems like a nice girl. And if that jerk really harassed her, shame on him ! From man to man.
