Why Sophia Bush felt pressured into marrying young during her years on One Tree Hill

I don't understand the negativity. She didn't talk about him cheating on her, she didn't say she was never in love with him and she didn't even call out his name. The most negative thing she said is he was late on set, which is a common thing among entitled actors that a show/ movie is based on. So WTF? She is speaking her truth. Which is that she was young, naive and felt pressured. She was asked a question and responded. Get the f*** over it. Clearly she has move on, everyone else needs 2 to.

Sophia is not bitter. She's a real person with feelings. It has to be hard to have people still bringing up your ex-husband, who cheated on you with one of the skankiest women in Hollywood, all the time. And Sophia Bush has conducted herself professionally for years. She continued to play on One Tree Hill with her Ex for years after the divorce and even outlasted him. She has always said that they were young and stupid when they got married and that it was a mistake. There is a lot about her relationship with Chad that we will never know. We weren't there so all we can do is speculate. Maybe there was pressure when he proposed and she didn't know how to say 'No'? Maybe her future knowledge that Chad was a liar and a cheater have altered her memory of the proposal? Maybe Chad is secretly a lazy slob?
We'll never know. So, don't turn this into a thing. She did an interview. She said some stuff. Now, let's just move on and watch her voice act in Incredibles 2.

YALL she's just telling her truth. People are always asking her about him, so why not explain? When so many people are telling you to do something, especially when you're that young, it's hard to say no. When you're in a relationship and everyone wants you to be together, you don't want to let those people down. I 100% understand where she's coming from. She's said before that it was a stupid decision to get married, this isn't anything new. She also has no reason to be bitter since she's massively more successful as an actor than he is

Mmmm this took a weird turn...Why couldn't she just say I was 22 and stupid and leave it at that. Being forced into marrying someone sounds a little crazy and honestly I was a fan back then and they seemed absolutely in love. I don't get why she's so defensive here. If you're going to talk about things like this, you have to explain it less poorly She needs to make it clear that it wasn't chad himself that pressured her and further explain the subtleties that affect your decision making when put under a pressured environment.
