When I read the game's title, I was pretty interested, although through the summary, it sounds more like your standard fare that doesn't take much advantage of the space theme. What if instead of being normal animatronics, they were aliens with metallic shells? The protagonist has to keep an eye on them so that they don't damage the ship's systems. If they succeed, then the player would have to prioritize fixing them, so that the aliens have a bigger opportunity of getting into the office.

given how there has been zero proof of development aside from the messages they send, and the fact that all the "teasers" of the game are all just the original fnaf animatronics aside from like 3 renders, i think it's safe to say that this "game" is a literal nothing burger. the chances of there being an actual game behind the curtain of development hell this game is going through is incredibly slim, and i'd be incredibly surprised if this project actually lived up to its expectations. chances are it'll just be mediocre or downright terrible, unless the developers bother to actually post some evidence of this game existing.

edit: just found out there was an announcement for an "interactive experience" which was going to be available on august 25th, *2 years ago.* the reveal "trailer" for it is nothing but text, so it's pretty hard to believe that they aren't lying anymore.

edit 2: looking deeper into the channel the teaser was posted on actually reveals that omnium is working on an entirely different game, so dark space was most likely canned.

edit 3: turns out they have a discord server with only 38 members, the rabbit hole just keeps getting deeper and deeper.

I remember getting curious about this game in 2015, then i was checking the page from time to time. The idea is very interesting and i honestly hope it will come out, i remember Candy was also supposed to be in there or something.
