So many people going their car door open once they park. They never look to see if cars are coming. If her car door was closed would he have crashed into it?

No one wish face an accident on road. If watch very carefully Neither the parking car nor the running car wish to be a part of an accident.
There are many rules of driving. Everyone follow the rules of roads and driving is the duty of not only traffic police and highway department but also the duty of everyone. If the rules of roads and driving are not enough to avoid accidents then changing the rules is the demand of today's generation .the rules that Will guarantee no more injuries and accidents on the roads.
One such new rule should be to declare overtaking side of the doors of four wheels vehicles emergency door. If the door of the overtaking side Will be locked before then we Will be definitely able to avoid such types of accidents in future .

Many times on the platform at slow speed the passengers try to jump from the train at very slow speed. Many times the passengers trap between the platform and train facing injuries or death. Same type of situation can be seen when passengers try climb into the running train .
Here changing the rules is the demand. The rule should be that the doors Will be open when after the train will stop .
We face normally accident when we try to cover the distance quick and as fast as possible. Overspeed and careless always cause accidents.

well, well, well. That black car is driving very close to the parked car. Black car could assume a parked car may open driver's door and lots of space in the lane - no reason to not keep in the middle of the lane. Parked car's door is merely opening more than 12 inches when it is hit.
