18:57 "What do you think a defensive driver could do to avoid this type of incident?" I have taught driving for many years. The answer is simple. NEVER, EVER drive on the right side of a truck. Only travel behind or ahead of a truck. If you wish to pass a truck, ONLY do so on its left side, and ONLY when the lane is open in front of you so you can pass VERY QUICKLY. Even when truck drivers are doing everything correctly with mirrors and cams, there are areas they cannot see on the right side of their vehicle. If a truck is coming up on your left to pass you, get the hell out of the way.
