Australian Army Infantry The Truth

preview_player
Показать описание
Australian Army Infantry The Truth is a overview of the qualities and the stoic requirements to serve within the Australian Army Infantry the Royal Australian Regiment and the School of Infantry that is the home of the training of the Infantry soldier and its specialist courses as well as promotion courses and the Infantry Regimental Officers Basic Course.
The video presentation is called the Truth as it does not gloss over the current watered down nerf version of recruiting ads on main stream ads for the Australian Defence Force the ADF.
The Royal Australian Regiment is one of one and we need more to be honest and this is a way as an Australian Infantry Veteran I can do my bit to welcome the next generation of capable, brave and resourceful young adults to try a career of adventure and mate ship as well as sacrifice of luxuries such as warmth, comfort and safety.
Create a legacy and see all that you can be within the Royal Australian Regiment Ecn 343.

Nice commentary Cas. "It is all about brotherhood... we have got each others backs... except not in the Navy kind of way..." Gold.🤣🤣🤣

Met Cav last week, he stopped for a chat and shared some great advice. A great bloke and a great spokesperson. Keep up the good work Cav! I'll be keeping my eyes wide!

Mate!!! That was the best inspirational video I have ever seen on infantry. You should be working for DFR now & letting the candidates know the truth.
Thanks brother 🙏🇦🇺💪

As a former US Army infantryman and aspiring Aussie citizen and soldier, I am inspired by this man, his accent, and his unwavering commitment to the beloved Judy whom he mentions at 1:11.
Seriously, respect; these are remarkable light infantry and I hope to join their ranks.

NB FOR SEPPOS AND POMS: STARTING IN JANUARY 2025 THE ADF OFFERS A PATH TO CITIZENSHIP! The recruiters said to keep an eye on the recruiting website for details.

It is appalling that the ADF tells women they can do this job and be equal when their physical fitness requirements and IMPS are lower than males. More people need to speak out against this before this ridiculous social experiment goes too far and a woman gets killed on operations because she was put there for the sake of equality. It is really not on

Nice work Cas. My Grandad served in WW1 and WW2, only to pass away his 50's poor bugga. The Nation doesn't see the toll service can put on a person. Thank you to you and others who serve the Nation.

As an ex gunner who worked with different Infantry battalions, I endorse the sentiments here. I was proud to support the boots on the ground, but remained in awe of their capacity .

Fantastic vid Cas. To any young punks out there, 16-17 yrs old, making THIS decision is one of the biggest you can make. YES, the green machine is brutal, and as he states, stoicism and SOH are paramount. The worst days in the green machine are actually the best, as you will ONLY understand once you get to civvy street, as a person, you are 250, 000 feet above your civilian team mates. Your ability to operate under stress, analyse, take action, and cope with things make you one of the greatest assets any future employer could EVER hope and wish for

G'day Kaz. I come from a long line of veterans, and served in the RAN and 9th Btn RQR last century. We often worked alongside 8/9 RAR. If I could, I would do it all again, but as a reg not a chocko!

Nice one. Good video of a lot of the current equipment and the boys out training for war.
I LOVED my time in the Regiment 83-85, and Reserve Inf 86-2002. I am from Belfast and my family served in the British Army (Catholic and Protestant) for many generations before me, so it was expected I would serve Australia too. Recommend it highly to anyone who thinks they can cut the mustard.
