That’s because she’s letting her daughter be confident. She’s a fun mom who will let her daughter do something to a own part of her. At least the mom is watching her. Anyways this is nice and lets the child expand and makes the child want to be more independent.

I also used to cut my own hair as a kid, but i used to make sure that my mom isn't around 😂

When i was Younger i cutted my own hair and Made Baby bangs but they were really Small my mom didint notice and i Told jer That She was Not mad So i was Like 6-5 and 2 time i got a comb Stuck in my hair and my mum cutted the hair Off the comb So Now i have Long bangs btw now im 11...😅
