Yesterday I just had my colonoscopy!

The day before the procedure drank clear fluids, then took the 1/2 of the prescribed solution at 4 pm ( half dosage) and then drank 16 oz of water; the day of the procedure finished the 1/2 dose 6:30 am - 8:30 am.

Post colonoscopy drank lots of fluids too, also probiotics; and ate porridge with miso
foods easy to digest! And took it easy!

This is so wrong. You don't fast for 6 hours. You use massive amounts of laxatives and shit for hours 25 hours before the procedure.
