I have Damon braces, and upon researching I learnt they’re faster and more comfortable. The orthodontist said he’d have to extract four teeth if we did the braces with the colored rubber bands but he wouldn’t have to remove any with Damon. So it was a good choice, it’s been like two months and my teeth have already shifted — definitely seeing more progress than I expected

Can confirm that clear brackets are the way to go, or atleast on your top teeth, no one knew I had braces untill I was yelling at someone I don't yell much

One orthodontist told me I would have braces for 2 years. The other told my I would be using Invisalign for 9 months. They would have solved the same issue. So I have 8 weeks left of my Invisalign

When I got my braces, they didn't have the rubber bands, I think they were like this guy's braces. My orthodontist didn't even give me another option 😂

Another alternative to clear brackets is just using pearl or something because it looks basically the same and doesn’t get discolored

I have clear on top . I have had them for almost two years and the bracket itself doesn't stain, but the clear bands do, so I get them changed every 6 weeks

My Invisalign will be 56 weeks total and I’m more than halfway through! I’ll likely have refinements adding to around 15 months total.

Invisalign takes the same amount of time only if you were most of the time which most people don’t do

I'm still going to wear the colorful braces but I also wonder what wearing braces feels like, maybe it will feel nice or it will hurt a bit but other than that I think braces are pretty cool!
