How to get an unrealistic body type like Rob McElhenney

Показать описание
Rob McElhenney made an amazing body transformation in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and gave a step-by-step guide of how anyone could do the same.

Of course, as you might expect from Rob McElhenney, the steps he provided really just highlighted the advantages he has a celebrity, with the resources that the average person simply doesn't have access to.

From personal chefs, to professional trainers and everything in between - all of course then paid for by the production company.

I love how he got super overweight first and kept claiming he was "bulking up" in the show but he actually was.

Mad respect for the subtle call-out of marvel for their unrealistic body standards.

“Do you have testosterone?” “Well you’re going to want to blast that sh*t”

He forgot to plug Fight Milk. Only with the power of a crow can you achieve a body like that.

The fact he used the trainer from "Magic Mike" is a TOTAL "Mac" move and something I would see the character doing in if he was real

Pretty clear why him and Ryan Reynolds get along so well

The ballet scene in prison is still one of my favourite and unexpected scenes of any tv show ever! Still chokes me up. But then, I guess that was the point. Genius!

I think he forgot the part where everyone is juicing for their roles and acts like they’re natty💀

I think he’s just saying that tons of Hollywood people talk all these details about training and he’s being realistic about he what he achieved and the time he got it in. That he has an immense amount of privilege to dedicate his time and resources to this singular goal. He’s not trying to discourage you, he’s just being normal about it. Some of y’all are bent out of shape in these comments over a joke.

Me: sitting in the recliner covered in cheeto dust.
"meh, I'm good."

Thanks for the advice Rob, you're an inspiration; I'm in the "cultivating mass" stage of my shred...

So basically be single, have money, and have the perfect chef feeding you

"And you can have an unrealistic body type like mine." At least he keeps it real

For real though: He points out just how much you have to give up, and only focus on training to achieve that level of physique.

I like how he’s being honest and subtly flaunting. Big ups guy

He also was one of the only ones to come out and admit he took test I think. Which I commend him for

When I was at my most muscular all I did was train and eat. You really have to be selfish to be a body builder. Love this

The man needs an actual medal for honesty because so many famous people/athletes who are interviewed for publications such as Men's Health leave out the most important fact that they have advantages that are unavailable to the average person.
