There’s gotta be something about jerky that I’m missing. Everyone seems to be singing its praises but in my experience it just sucks. Sure it doesn’t spoil but other than that it has no redeeming qualities. It only fills you a pitiful amount, doesn’t heal you, makes you thirsty, requires a rack and a full 16 minutes to make and it’s just a useless food that does less than if I’d just cooked a weevil. Why does everybody like it? I’m confused.
