My advice for everyone is, delete all the apps you don’t need from your phone. Social media, games, shopping apps, everything you don’t need for your business, banking, learning etc. With this I cut down my screen time to about 1 hour daily. This will get you so much more time for more important things. You will be surprised.

1. I used to do it to distract from/manage anxiety dirsorder
2. I stopped it when I realized that I destroyed a meaningful relationship. I also attached this pain, so I do not do it.

3. I am proud of controlling it. I improved my self image.

4. I absolutly do not care that somebody listen or catch me doing it. I am mentally ill and I might have no future. But if my ancestors are watching me, then it is a problème.

5. Well I started sosial media but I am not interested in what I see as triggers.
