This brought back such sweet memories. I used to nanny a sweet little girl that is blind and non verbal. Her favorite thing in the world is music and she was always asking me to sing for her (in her own way). She would sit on my lap, lay her head on my shoulder and put her hand on my throat so she could feel the vibrations there while I sang 🤍

Music is so important, especially for children with disabilities. I have autism and ADHD, along with whatever else depression issues. Music saved me. It was a teacher like you that made my very difficult life so much more manageable and worth getting up for.
