4:02 - I just realized that no matter how many times Arya was kicked around or lured away from where she was sitting, she didn't lose her orientation of her surroundings. Even if I were in my own room, if you blinded me, then spun me around a bit, I would not be able to find my own bed. Let alone a bowl near a very specific part of a wall several feet away from me.

This technique is actually what got the Waif killed. Arya sliced the candle which turned off their only light source in a really dark room. And once the room was dark, Arya relied on her senses and was able to kill the Waif.

I'm fairly certain the water of death is also the water of life that can cure all ailments. I noticed Jaqen place his thumb into the bowl when serving it to Arya, and the water only came up to the first knuckle, it was a measured dose. That amount cures, a full bowl brings death in one minute through instant overdose.

The Many Faced God knows that death to some brings life to others. Life and death are in delicate balance, this is a secret of the Temple of Black and White.
