Bodycam footage released by local authorities shows police officers diligently investigating the alleged poisoning incident at the Colorado Taco Bell. However, after reviewing the restaurant's security footage and conducting a thorough investigation, the workers were ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing. The video evidence refuted the customer's claims, suggesting that the accusations were unfounded. Despite the seriousness of the allegations, the Taco Bell employees were found to have acted professionally and without malice.

This story is old AF and they closed the investigation. In short, the guy ate the taco 6 hours later, after he set it up with some rat poison to try and sue Taco Bell. Unfortunately they had video that proved that the workers didn’t do it. He poisoned himself in hopes of a lawsuit. Cameras are always watching

I hope people understand the whole story. I go to that Taco Bell all the time, and they were found to not have tampered with his food. A deeper background check on this gentleman revealed that this is not his first time that he has tried pulling such a stunt to get something in return.

Apparently this guy has filed several lawsuits in the state. He also has 3 protection orders filed against him. I’m glad these employees where cleared. This guy really needs to spend some time in jail for causing such a disturbance.

if you spit while you talk because you are angry its up to you to make sure you do not got any on anyone.. you KNOW you have an issue so keep it in check .. so sick of everyone blame a condition as if they are now not responsible.
