Investigators: Rat poison did not come from Taco Bell employees

In Colorado, the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has not found any evidence that employees at Taco Bell put rat poison in a customer’s food, and now deputies cannot get in contact with the customer who made the allegation.

This man also said to the hospital, " there was rat poison in his food." 1. How would he know that, 2. A restaurant, corporat, or franchise does not use poison for rats. Rat poison causes the rodent to seek out water. It is the water that activates the poison. They would be dead in the sinks and toilets. Restaurants use sticky traps.

This guy had more than 60 civil court cases on different businesses at the time of his alleged poisoning by them…. He's the king of law suits!

Correction there was indeed rat poison in his food however there was no evidence of an employee putting poison in his food. The investigators watched all of the surveillance videos and they searched through everything and they could not find any trace of rat poison. They also noticed that the man had a history of court cases in trying to sue people, he has also had three protection orders against him with one of them being granted.

Pretty sure any franchise as big as Taco Bell wouldn't use any form of poison that can be harmful to mammals due to the obvious risks involved. Poisons that are only harmful to insects are one thing but to be having rat poisons that can harm humans around your food seems like an obvious liability.
