Burek Made Easy - Recipe! Annie's Kitchen

Hello and welcome back to my kitchen!
One thing I really loved from my trip to Hungary was a fresh, crispy Burek! Meaty, full of onion and super savory, it was just the perfect snack. So I thought I would try to make my own!

Ingredients:
500g Beef mince (you can use any mince you prefer!)
250g diced onion
2-3 TSP paprika
1/2 TSP chilli powder (Optional)
3 Cloves fresh garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (Optional)
12 sheets Filo Pastry (You may need more or less!)
50ml Vegetable Oil
350ml Water

I like your idea with the water and oil to get that soft burek interior. Would have been great to see the cooked burek cut in half...
