Thanks for showing how you make it, it was very useful. I'm Brazilian with Serbian in-laws and am learning this stretching process (worth every bit of effort, burek/pita is sooo delicious!). I like how you use smaller pieces of dough as opposed to making a large streched dough. Spares the need of a large round table. Thank you!
