.I start my exercise with these stretching and do 3 more different sets .🥰🥰🥰 .you people have concentrated on small small things n they are very very very helpful.

If you are just starting out with exercises, remember to do stuff like this in moderation. Doing a couple of the exercises shown here is fine, but if you do them all, everyday, you might not improve your chest and actually damage it.

Too much of a good thing is a bad thing: find your sweet spot and progressively overload it. An extra second every day or doing certain ones with bottles in your hand is enough to get the results you want. Good luck out there everyone 💪

I am writing this after doing these exercises today. .i really felt as two personalized tutors are teaching n i am following them.i had to tk pause in between but musicl definitely motivated me .awesome experience.thank you soo much.this is what I was looking for.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I've watched several of these vids. They're all so good I don't know where to start; really terrific, and most of the exercises are doable for an overweight male septagenarian.
