I have no idea why bikes didn't get ABS as a standard sooner..

Abs went off on my car once it felt weird the way it pulsates I would shit bricks if my bike started to do that when the ABS kicked in lol

ABS is a good system but it is not men't for you fall into a false sense a security. People need to learn how to threshold brake rather then just slamming the brakes down. Threshold braking stops you faster then ABS because ABS breaks the breaking to prevent the tires from skidding. Then threshold braking and only use ABS as a backup which is what it is men't for.
