I don't know if you would agree but I've seen allergies misdiagnosed a lot of the time! It bothers me that I have seen in my neighborhood at least 8 dogs out of 10 that are on cytopoint or apoquel. It being a flea problem with my dog, and he was diagnosed with allergy problems. The vet said he had no fleas! They suggested that we have a cytopoint shot! I am not happy about the fact that it was fleas and I was denied recently by insurance because of the records were not corrected that it wasnt an allergy! I am getting put off by the industry becoming a corporate business, and the vets are scolded when they fail to meet a sales quota!

I took my pity to vet and showed horrible rash and big big bumps...around his mouth and pin dots in center of red raised area and he itching 24 /7 ...they charge 150.00 and gave me I heart for heart worm prevention....its in sane the way animals are being treated by many vets today!

My dog’s skin looks exactly like the thumbnail but he is already eating a raw diet that I make from scratch so my only option that I’m trying now are different proteins.

Probably due to the absence of critical salts in the food. These salts are no longer being released in the crops as agrochemicals have killed the microorganisms that used to release salts and minerals in the soil. My cat was overgrooming and was put on a course of Ferrum Phosphate and abracadabra, the cat stopped overgrooming. As a matter of daily treatment, my cats have had water treated with sulphur block since 1981 and never get fleas or mites.

My dog is on Apoquil now how long should wait after taking her off before I put her on Zyrtec

Questions that either didn't get answered or couldn't hear/understand. Boxer allergic. Ear infections and itching. Little hair miss around ears now. On raw Stella lamb since birth work Zignature kibble. Very thinks it's the diet. I hear that it could also be environmental. She's on omega oils from Native pet. Don't want to give the antibiotics again. What else do you recommend?

Yes that's what happened to me I have two Boston terriers and a lab mix and they were all three on apoquel for 2 months and now they're losing their hair they're itching knowing licking their privates everything and I don't know where to go I tried the steroids and then apoquel when I first got them on it and I don't want to give them steroids agian

What if you have tried many different dog food and my pitbull mix. Is still having issues with rashes ie allergies. I can’t afford making my own dog food what should I do. I finally got her an allergy shot, but that’s not to solve the problem. Also chronic ear infections I went through five different medications from the vet four of my own buying through Amazon. I tried black tea and apple cider vinegar, Monistat and black tea. What else is there that I can do to get rid of the chronic ear infection it’s been over a year now.
