I was looking for a clear vegetable broth. At a Health Retreat they even use the celery leaves, tops of carrots etc all not peeled of course. It is getting the vitamins and minerals without the bulk to process in my uncooperative stomach.too. Ive been unwell for days so this was my first thought I could possibly keep down. If you have a compost, the strained mushy bits all goes back to enrich your garden food. Thanks.
