I don't think people understand how powerful Poseidon is, He was fighting young kratos and gaia and a punch of titans at the same time and they were fighting for their lives, until kratos finally figured out how to defeat him And thor was struggling only to defeat Faye

For poseidon and thor it all depends by where they fight because out of the sea poseidon is still insanely powerful but in the end thor would win (not easily but he would win) while in the sea poseidon would destroy thor
