My Italian teacher just gave me that recipe.  And it is incredible how easy it is to make and it tastes great. I made bread twice rising it 14 hours now I will try 18 hours.Thank you for the video.

Hi, I wonder if this could still be made with a dutch over that's only safe to 400 degrees. Could I just bake it longer?

I have now tried 3x’s to make this bread that I had at a friend’s house. Each time the dough stays very soupy. I’ve watched your video, my dough does not stir into a ball from the get go. What do you think is wrong?

I made two batches with my son yesterday and we are up this AM about to bake them.
one (I added herbs) looks great it looks like it grew larger and like your video but the other looks like that goo slime we use to play with as kids. it's very runny (not fluid but no way it would hold shape) we are going to try it anyhow- but for future, if this happens is there a "fix" or is the loaf doomed?

not enough detail of what you were adding was that a teasspoon or a half teaspoon why the rush to put the video together was that water or vinegar? sorry not going to try
