Biggest thing that leveled up my t is saturated fats. Grass fed butter, red meat like beef, and eggs. Go for grass fed and pasture raised but if you can’t it’s ok. Avoid sugars too. Mainly center your diet around meat and fruits. Fruit sugar is ok btw

Pro tip: If you want to get a low body fat, don't start a low-fat diet, because the fat you eat isn't what's added as your body fat. Sugar and most processed foods like cereal and chips. Wheat-based foods are big contributors to adding fat to your body, so don't just cut out fat-based foods.

14 yr here when i was a kid i was highly addicted to video games and now I've started self improvement a year ago i think i grew more testosterone than when i was addicted

as a 16 year old i do 0 of the bad things and i didnt even know, i dont notice any of the symptoms, so im happy to announce that i still think i have low T levels (i never get morning wood)

Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.

I think going out and just doing stuff helps a lot. Now that I’m more focused and busy, I’m not really sulky and down bad as much as before.
