A must watch for anyone needing all on x procedures. So thorough, honest and informative. Wish you had a practice in Illinois.

I am just completing day four after having 13 teeth, pulled, bridges, removed, and all on four arches placed upper and lower. Mine was done in Vienna, Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. Do NOT underestimate the pain caused by this procedure. Aside from the extractions, and drilling, they will scrape down gum/bone tissue along the gumline, in order to properly align the arches. I have had serious swelling, sore throat, cracked lips, and dental pain and numbness. I am still using ice packs on day four, and they help. I think narcotic medication in addition to Tylenol and Motrin is necessary. Cleaning and prescribed gargles are not bad. overall, I would do this again. But if someone is going to have a full mouth restoration done, they should NOT go into the procedure thinking they will just need a little Tylenol and Motrin. Good luck!

Great information, my implant procedure started in March of this year. Currently I am wearing my temporary all on 4 prosthesis, I will get my permanent implants in March of 2023. So far the journey has been long but worth it. I applaud videos such as yours so patients can make an informed decision about their dental journey. Thank you!

Thank you very much for all of the information you put out here for us. Mostly due to you, I have been able to know what my options are, what questions to ask, and how to find a quality dentist. Very grateful that I didn’t go a few places I’d thought about before once I saw you’re videos. I’m going to get an all on 4 upper in a few weeks and this dentist I’m going to I choose because he seemed the most like you as far as information, endless patience, very thorough and honest, only uses the best materials, very happy to show lots of his work and his implants look so perfect. It’s all helped so much. This is life changing. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the detailed process your office is taking with the patients comfort and success factor being at the forefront. I live in Canada and currently going through a partial procedure but will be exploring this option in the next 5-10 years. It is my hope that other catch up to your technology by that time, but if not, I would even spend time in Texas and return for follow ups verses having it done any other way. Cheers.

Thank you - another concise excellent video.
Your willingness to share your expertise provides invaluable peace of mind for implant patients such as myself especially in the current healthcare climate.

I did the oral sedation, but yes, I am different, even my wisdom teeth were in the chair, I must admit, after surgery, driving myself back home, was thinking what the heck, but the next day, the pain reduced a lot, again, this depends from patient to patient. Your head must be right to sit in the chair and know you are going to be very aware of every step, my work background made it a lot easier since I am an orthopedic OR RN, and found it all very interesting.

Hey doc! Couple questions: 1) What is your opinion about traveling to Turkey or Croatia to save money on this op? I’ve read great things, and I simply don’t have the cash to get all teeth replaced in the US.
2) What should I look for when choosing a foreign practice to ensure I get the best chance for full recovery
3) I have overbite and needed speech therapy to speak properly without severe lisp. Will this process allow me to speak without a lisp?
4) Are there payment options at your practice for people without dental insurance and the cash to cover the procedure?

I am wondering if the kidney is removed before or after the treatment.

I have had teeth 1, 4 and 5 missing for years so I am sure there is a good amount of bone loss. Would that rule a person out as a candidate or could cadaver bone be grafted in beforehand?

Regarding jawbone implants vs upper mouth #4 tooth, is there normally or usually less bone to work with? Assuming a need for bone grafting, what cautions, if any, may need to be observed related to sinus proximity? Glad to learn that mesh reinforcement may be required as well. Thanks for sharing.👍

I am beyond CONFUSED! 😢 My periodontist has been doing some extractions (in office), and implanting bone for each pull…. Here, your speaking IV sedation… bone grinding and everything happening at once 😮 What am I missing and should I be running?

Might a patient need a bone graft getting an all-in for?

Hi, do you do partial back teeth for chewing? And how do I know if I am a candidate. One dentist said I am, but another dentist said I am not a candidate for implants. My front teeth are all good, it is just some of my back ones that need implants. About from my canines back. One side needs all teeth top and bottom and the other side only needs 2 on the top and 3 on the bottom. Can you help me. And should I get my bad teeth pulled now, or wait? Thank you!🙏 Take care and be safe!
