Hey man first off thanks for sharing. I can’t wait to check out more. I am 29 years old and realized for about 3-4 years, with the passing of 3 of my grandparents, I’ve fallen into some bad habits. I have realized I am very “done with myself” so to speak. Tired of feeding the same inclinations and thought patterns. Just talking about neuroplasticity helps me recognize the present opportunity to rewrite my life/rewire brain. Please keep sharing!!! Thank you!!!

It would be great if you could do an episode on brain retraining programs for healing from IBS, Chronic fatigue, long haul syndromes, etc.

Great information! I would love to learn more on the science of the forms and pathways for brain elasticity and how those tie to actions we can take. Heather Sandison talks about the value of doing two things at the same time such as walking and singing as a way to help build connections between different parts of the brain. The possibilities are fascinating and exciting. Thank you for your great content!
