Also if the disk is based on Intel® Rapid Storage Technology, turn off RAID ON option then boot windows in recovery use bcd boot then after that boot again and install the RST drivers then shut down then use the bios to turn RAID ON again then everything should be fine.

Go Bios then at the setting to the right, Reset default settings

Then go Bios > Main
do Ctrl + S
then disable "vmd controller"

Make sure rapid intel storage or whatever is disabled fixed it for me

1st - go to Bios setting
2nd - Disable VMD controller if it is enabled, then save and restart

Or Enable VMD Controller if it is disabled, them save and restart
