My ex contacted me 5 years later after she left me back in 2019

We dated for 7 years and the very day she left I went instant No-contact.

Fast forward five years later She blew up my facebook asking how I am breadcrumbing the crap out of me.
I responded to some of them.
But I'd basically told her i'm not interested in anything with you. I told her I definitely don't want to be her friend. And I kept asking her why she decided to reach out to me And she refused to answer that question.She kept dodging that question.

@kewltube this is great and I am following this advice. My ex who I was with for two years in a committed relationship broke up with me 3 1/2 months ago. I went silent after the break up and after two months no contact, he called me. He consistently called me about once a week for a month. He then got very emotional and told me how much he missed me and how difficult it’s been without me. He even made a romantic date with me. However, he then canceled the next day and said it was too much too soon. I have not heard a word from him. I won’t reach out, but I’m really really confused. Any insight appreciated! If you get contacted, thers a high chance shes in a rebound, do you respond... yes an no, if yes not immediately take a day or two and absolutely show no enthusiasm in the responce, a one or two wrded answer etc or simply do not respond at all, point being show much much less responce than ther msg, ther no longer on your radar so treat em as such

Hi my ex came back after no contact. After physical connection for the first time again, he got teared up trying to hide it. Said he loved me and had plans to come back next day to spend time together. He was attentive. And responding to text right away. He told me that he wanted the best for me and he was not the best back then that he wants us to be perfect and give each other the love We deserve.. He was sorry for everything and hope much he loved me. He canceled the two times we’re supposed to be right after this and then started not responding right away completely ghosting.. what’s up with that??? Please help! It’s only been a week and he has already tagged two different girls on his Facebook. One of them saying how he wanted her attention with the Kissy face and the other one tagging someone else with the new name about wanting to set up reservations at the restaurant.
