This is 1:1ratio...ganache is 2parts of chocolate n one part to But the flowers are perfect on cupcakes.... Will whipping it make it thick?

hello.. I am from Mauritius and I am planning to make a huge chocolate cake for My Nephew's birthday. I have 1 litre of cream and only around 600 grams of chocolate. I was wondering if can still get this result. I mean once the mixture cools down and I whip it - will it become as stiff as the one with a 1:1 ratio or it's gonna be runny? hope to hear from you. thanks.
