Amy! I'm so glad I found your stability ball workout!!! I could feel my abs shaking upon the very first crunch!!! For a while, I almost feel nothing on ab workout. Thank you so much and please come out more stability ball exercises!

Whew, just did this workout for the first time - tough but great! I haven't used my stability ball in many years but got it out to work on some activities using it with my toddler and thought I should incorporate it into my workouts. 🙂
