Mine developed during recovery from a previous surgery that I had gotten to fix my deviated septum.

My perforation is >2 cm. I’d like to get a septal button due to serious health obstacles & complications. However there is no surrounding tissue left in nose for the button to hold onto. Is it still possible to get a button with stable firm hold and make it stay?

Can you do a video on septal perforation in children? Is it better to wait for their nose to develop and then try surgery repair?
