Easy No knead Whole Wheat Bread Recipe! How to make whole wheat bread that stays soft for days!

Easy No Knead Whole Wheat Bread ( Makes ONE loaf of bread):

- 1 cup + 3 tbsp (280g) Milk
- 3 tbsp (45g) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30g) honey
- 2 tsp (7g) yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ (210g) Strong Bread flour 13% protein
- 1½ (210g) Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tbsp seeds (optional)

I ended up making this too late in the day so after the 4 stretch and folds, I oiled it and stuck it in the fridge overnight to proof. I also reduced the sugar to 2 teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons. This bread is the most perfect loaf I’ve made since starting to make bread 🎉 so soft!!

I mixed Half Honey and half of sugar but followed the your recipe other than that. The door look great coming out of the proofing box. It rolled out nice and is now proofing bread pans.
So far it looks and feels like a winner!😃

I baked this bread this last weekend. It turned out great and is still soft Wednesday evening. Made a grilled cheese sandwich for supper. 👍

I made this today. It's been cooling for an hour and have just cut a few slices - and eaten the crust with butter - couldn't resist. I normally wait until the next day to slice but it was perfect - just as you said it would be 😊. Thanks for explaining each step. It all makes sense now. Just like the book - I'm working my way through recipes and all so far are keepers. Thanks for demystifying techniques, thanks for including recipes in grams and thanks for all the tips along the way
