When I got to Plat 1 I was so scared to lose but now on Dia 2 I always start comp with no worries. There is a very simple mind set that you need to understand if you want to not be scared of deranking "if you are at a rank because you are good enough you will stay that rank"

I have been in b2 then to b3 deranked back to b2 and the cycle went about 3 times, i was in b2 4 times and b3 5 times. Lately i escaped the hell of smurfs and made it to silver 1. Now i am 0/100rr and i dont dare to play

One tip i have is that if you cant mentain that rank than it isnt for you, so deranking is better since you can go back to easyer oponents (even tho its mostly smurfs all the time 😑)
