All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!

This was a good walk for a day when I was lifting weights. Not too long, but long enough to get a good workout.

Got Lyme three weeks ago so have not been able to do anything for three weeks. First time getting some sweat in. Felt so good. I miss running.

My treadmill doesn’t have incline, just speed. How can I compensate for this?

I did this walk workout on Saturday - my recovery day - and worked up a good sweat. How does that happen when I'm not running? Oh well... it works. Thanks again.
