Sample color was moved to Shift-X now, as X is the toggle for the primary/secondary color swatch.

Word of warning - I'm not certain if this is applicable to every user, but don't have the Image Editor and the Viewport open at the same time when texture painting, it kills performance (or at least it does so for me). Only have one or the other at once

You can also use any graphic editor to paint your texture using its tools

A lot of this has changed though!? I just click in the right side to create a texture automatically and there is a "save all" button there as well.

The S shortcut does not work, is there any extra configuration? or they removed it in some version, I also tried manually changing the eyedroper shortcut

I love how bkender doesnt save ehat you are drawing. It made me quit blender for like a year once....until i forgot and it happened to me recently 😂

Why I have lag in Blender when I try to paint 😭. i have good PC, i don't understand

but you forgot to mention also before doing all this, you need to properly unwrap your model if not your paint textures gonna looks bad.
