Just do it! Whether you do 1 or 2 exercises like you suggest or 35 different exercises like I did today the key is like you said, action and intensity. No pain, no gain. Push it to the limit and then pull even harder. Rinse and repeat consistently.

I just started working out again this year after like 16 years of practically zero training and at 36 years old I could only do 1 pull up at a time. Now at 37 I bang out solid sets of 10 nearly every day. Fully rested I can even do up to 5 reps in a row now with my 40 lb weight vest strapped on.

I am just shy of 5'7" and I have dropped over 32 lbs this year from 185 in December 2022 down to 153 today.

Fasting, praying, pushing, pulling.

Kickstarted the year with a 25 day zero calorie fast (been doing 21 day water fasting annually in January each year since 2020) quickly dropped about 30lbs and decided I didn't want to gain all the weight back so I went OMAD for awhile eating only after dark before bed.

While I just so happened to do a lot of different stuff today at the gym I mostly have kept it super simple this year, usually I only do a few exercises. Mainly push ups, pull ups, curls, and 40lb weighted vest walks/lunges/squats.

Most importantly though, since late May I have started consistently reading the bible every single day minimum 1 chapter as well as reading devotions, praying, listening to worship music, and leaning into fellowship with my brothers in Christ which has really helped me tear down those high places in my life finally turning away from sins that have held me back from reaching my God given potential for decades. Praise the Lord! My family deserves my utmost for his highest; I have three young children to raise, 2 little boys ages 6 and 3 along with my little 1 year old princess. I have faith that I am on the right path now I just need to keep walking the straight and narrow each and every day.

Always been inspired by your videos and your knowledge.
But is what your program, the Lean Mean Machine or the other ebook for someone like me, 40 yrs old to read and discover soemthing new and to push forward in the journey?

Would love to hear from you, and possibly get your ebook book. But recommend me the correct one please. Here I said that because, i tried exercising but only to loose focus.
I try man, i even wrote everything sessions down on my journal. But i lack the self confidence to do what i need to do.
