💯 I even quit the gym altogether. I just do regular outdoor bodyweight calisthenics, rings, prison style workouts, movement training (animal flow), obstacle course, climbing jungle gyms/playgrounds, and get some walking in…

I don’t even track my workouts. Best body composition, shape, fitness level, energy levels, elevated mood, I have ever had in my life! I never looked this great lifting weights in the gym.

This is an excellent science based very accurate explanation. As you've mentioned before the most important aspect of our workouts is the muscular tension per rep which inspires the stimulus and potential for muscle growth and endurance.

Duuude, this is uncanny.... I commented some 5 years ago that I saw a guy in Bucharest who looked just like you.... you said it wasn't you... now I revisit your channel and see that you have the Romanian word "Capra" (goat) on your t-shirt.... strange, really strange coincidence! :))) I Googled it and apparently you work with some Romanian and Moldovan expats at a gym.
