Hahaha, the reason you keep saying pork, is because this is basically the pork tantanmen ramen recipe, but with chicken and gochujang. 😜Since I struggle to get the Doubanjiang, I usually make it with gochujang anyway. This has a few moving parts, but it is actually very doable on a Wednesday (or any weekday) if you prep the bits in advance. Have made it many times, can confirm it is delicious 🤤

Hi Marion, you’re one of my all time favorite chefs. I’m from Hong Kong originally, but I live in San Diego, California now. I’ve made your pad see ew woo sen, Hananese chicken and rice, Cambodian kampot pepper beef, Mongolian beef noodles, spicy prawn drunken noodles, Singaporean Laksa noodles, and your mom’s pandan chicken. I've been inspired by your fusion cooking videos, like your bolognese. We grow umpteen varieties of chillies and have made your chilli oil, chilli paste and I love all recipes that have chilli in them. Well, hubby more so than me. He is the true chilli

❤ NJ USA. Morning Marion. It’s almost 9 AM EST here. I couldn’t help myself but to chime in. You need to have ALL of your products available to the world. I also “fusionize” my food/cooking. I am like a mad scientist in the kitchen 😅. I did something similar, but used coconut milk and yellow/red curry paste and small strand egg noodles, and minced shrimps and tofu for protein, and sauteed porcini mushrooms. Happy Southeast Asian New Year to you and your family. Miss seeing your lovely mama Noi cooking in the kitchen.

Watching you from Australia and I have to say you are one of only 4 channels I subscribe to and you are the only chef on that list. I have cooked SOOOO many of your dishes and watch so many of your video's... there is not a single recipe I make where I don't have you video on instructing me the whole way through! You are the most charismatic and easy to follow chef on all of youtube!!! Such infectious enegery.

I recently tried making kao ka moo 🐖which was quite a fun adventure, it turned out quite well but I think I overdid it with cinnamon. I would love to see your interpretation of this dish. Its a great one given the meat is so cheap.

I Love that you addressed the issue with kitchen woks and the mediocre temperature of a stove. I love my wok but i really want a furnace to use it on lol. You have been an inspiration for many dishes ive made in the past Marion ❤❤

I have cooked your tonkatsu ramen about a year and a half ago and I became OBSESSED ! I always struggled with what to eat for my lunch (I work from home) and I am having this ramen pretty much each lunch ever since (yes over 1.5 years now !) I am not sick of it... just obsessed :D I prep few portions at a a time and re-heat when need. 10/10 it is a must try for sure !
