Healthy Banana Bread Muffins (gluten-free & dairy-free)😋 These are such an easy and yummy dessert idea for fall!🧡

This makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour (120 ml)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup crushed pecans (120ml / 75g)
1/2 cup 80% dark chocolate chunks (120 ml/ 85g)

1. Mix the bananas, peanut butter and eggs together
2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir to combine
3. Fold in the crushed pecans and chocolate chunks (save some for topping if you like)
4. Spoon the batter into lined muffin tins (add the rest of the chocolate chunks and nuts on top)
5. Bake at 180 degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the center comes out clean

another banana bread recipe i really like is:

- 2 cups of oats
- 4 large bananas
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- walnuts (optional)

1. preheat oven to 350F and grease your loaf pan
2. in a blender or food processor, blend the oats
3. add your bananas, maple syrup, and baking soda to the blender or food processor and mix
4. whisk in the eggs
5. fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts (optional)
6. bake for 35-40 minutes
7. enjoy!!

i substituted the no sugar added peanut butter with no sugar added almond butter and added a little bit of vanilla extract (the bourbon vanilla one from trader joe’s is amazing btw) and about 1/8th (a little less than that really) of a cup more almond flour to balance it out and they turned out amazing!!! tysm for this recipe and all of your other ones- i’m super excited to try more :’)

These were seriously so good, I'm not crazy about eggs so I substituted the egg for a flax egg instead and it was delish, thanks for the recipe, it will definitely
